		<description>I agree that MOSCOW BELGIUM is a modest little film, with some acute observations. Sarafian does give a strong performance overall, and I agree with the "use of the eyes, mouth and hair" and thescript is no more than adequate.  It's a fine enough entertainment while it plays out, but it's rasther forgettable.

On another note, I owe Mr. Wyatt a long overdue apology for abandoning a planned publication of our opposite view on the Oscar-winning SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE.  Andrew's essays were piercing and enlightening, but after initially resonding I didn't continue the enriching discourse, mainly as that particular week was hectic for a number of reasons.  I wan't fair to Andrew for not appraising him of this at the outset, and neither did I inform the matter with clarification afterwards, mainly out of embarrassment.

I hope Andrew will eventually forgive my poor way of handling this, not that I have earned this.  I am usually dependable, but I wasn't here at all.</description>
