		<description>The age old argument of what some see as violent exloitation vs. art is yet again on this play in this nasty film, which is certainly 'beauty in the eye of the beholder' all over again.  You have framed the parameters quite well in this typically fecund piece, which brings to mind the placement of another film within this sub-genre, IRREVERSIBLE, reviewed recently and placed prominently on the 2000's poll at WitD.</description>
